UMAIS provide expert, knowledgeable advice and support to a large number of clients throughout the UK . Their personal, professional approach has helped thousands of customers to find the best financial package to suit their personal circumstances.
There were two major areas to the UMAIS campaign. Firstly, they required a professional on-line appearance that would help them to become an established business in their industry. Paul was particularly keen on a clean and fresh looking website. The nature of the mortgage industry meant that there would be a large amount of text and content, therefore a clean design prevented the website from becoming cluttered and text heavy. The second phase of the development was to build a back office database system using MySQL / PHP scripting, allowing UMAIS staff to keep a record of their projects and clientele.

Having started the business in January 2006, the company never reached its full potential until the introduction of the completed version of this website in October 2006. Since then the business has taken on 9 mortgage advisors to cope with the extra workload that has been generated.The back office system has been a complete success, simple and effective to use. The administration costs have been reduced dramatically as a result.

Campaign Requirements
The requirements of this particular campaign were, firstly to establish a professional on-line presence for the surgery. Nick Lawrence of Lynn Road had become aware that other surgeries had used websites effectively as a part of their administration and customer service system. The initial requirement was to create a website that would provide this service as well as an aditional means of contact for clients. The second requirement was to implement an internet marketing campaign that would generate new business for cosmetic dentistry appointments.
Results
The design of the website had to be kept in line with the professional image of the surgery. The simple and professional design that we decided on was a great success. The Pay Per Click campaign was particularly successful, the results of this campaign exceeded both ours and Lynn Roads expectations. The amount of monthly spend has subsequently increased as more leads have been generated.

The website had to present product imagery and information in a clear and concise fashion. The 99 Soccer website was an instant success. Within 3 months of going live the website had generated enough revenue to pay for the website.
